Morning Glory ( Instructional Wednesday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Instructional Wednesday. Our message today was " Whatever He Says Just Do It". Our scripture today was John 2:5.

His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

By now you know Instructional Wednesday is about hearing from God and obeying what God says. So often in your life as well as in mine we hear God but we don't always obey. God wants you and I not just to hear him but obey him.

In John 2 we find the first miracle of Jesus. There was a marriage in Cana of Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there. Jesus and his disciples were invited. The people at the feast wanted wine. The mother of Jesus tells him of the request of those attending the marriage. My time has not come, says Jesus. His mother turns to the servants and says, "Whatever He Says Do It". It is important that we not only be hearers of the Word but doers also. The time now is to obey the voice of God. It is imperative that we follow the instructions given to us by the Father. We can never go wrong following the directions of the Father. Here are the instructions for this Instructional Wednesday.

1. Meditate on the Word of God day and night.
2. In worship call God by his name.
3. Stay focus on the destination not the disturbance.
4. Build your faith by reading the Word of God.
5. God has given you what you need to accomplish your purpose and the plan he has for you, use it.
6. Only answer to who and what you are. Answering to anything else suggest you don't know who you are.
7. Focus on the thing you can control
8. We all get misunderstood from time to time, be careful how you handle it.
9. The value of your relationship is determined by how much you are willing to give.
10. Since you have changed allow God to change the hearts of those that previously had an unfavorable view about you.
11. If God has given you the knowledge concerning an idea or vision,  he will also give you the power and the resources to complete it.
12. Stop settling you are better than that.
13. You are the righteousness if God, grow.
14. Keep focus on where you are going

These are the instructions that God has given for this Wednesday, it is my prayer that both you and I will not just be hearers of the Word but doers also.
