Morning Glory ( Take Off Thursday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Take off Thursday. Our message today was
" Speak It Now". Our scripture today was Joshua 1:8, Proverbs 18:21 and Mark 11:23

Mark 11:23

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain be thou removed and be cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

Our theme for this week has been the Power of Words/ Keep the Word of God in your mouth. It is important to understand that words are a powerful tool that invokes the rate of success or failure. As we have read in Proverbs 18:21, the power of death and life are in the tongue. The bible teaches us that this tongue is an unruly member of the body. The way you and I tame our tongue is by speaking only positive things out of our mouth but most importantly the word of God.

Words are so powerful that it identifies you and I with the character of a person that is either powerful or a person that is pitiful.

Once again when words are spoken they cannot be retracted. As a believer you and I only want to speak words that give you the character of a person that operates from a place of power and not that person that is reduced to being pitiful.

Out text today tells us that words are so powerful that we can speak to mountains /issues in our life and they will move. Yes, we have to believe in our heart that what we say shall happen and then we have what we say. The presence of doubt must be eliminated.

Speak it now. Allow yourself to experience the powerful presence of God through believing that what you say you shall have. I no longer want to be pitiful because of what I have said. I want to make sure that I am in place of power simply because I believe the words that came out of my mouth. Join me in speaking only powerful/ positive words.
