Morning Glory ( Relationship Tuesday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Relationship Tuesday. Our message today was " Manifestation of the Fruit of the Spirit". Our scripture today was Galatians 5:22-23.

For the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy , peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness , faith. Meekness, temperance; against such there is no law.

My assignment this week is to bring awareness to the manifestation of the fruits of the Spirit. So often in our Christian walk we fail to realize that part of why we are not successful in the Kingdom of God is due to the fact that we either don't know what we have or we are not properly applying what is inside of us. The Holy Spirit has nine fruits, these fruits are characteristically the personality of our Christ. Since you and I have been born again it is important that we have access to but most importantly know that these fruits are on the inside of us.

The first fruit if the Spirit is love. Love is the major component or should I say fruit that governs our day to day walk. Love is the principal fruit, not the greatest but all other eight fruits are motivated by love. The other eight are easier to apply when love is applied.

The manifestation of the fruit of love is accessed by simply asking the Holy Spirit to take control. We will all run into situations that are not humanly favorable, we will all run into problems, circumstances and issues with people that creates an emotion that is worldly but when we use the fruit gift of love and apply it to our circumstances we are now moving in the grace of God.

1John gives so much information about the love you and I should have. The reason why you and I fail is because we don't appropriately apply the fruit of love given to us by the Holy Spirit. Let the Holy Spirit rule and reign in your life. The law is perfect we are not. God did what the law could not do. God sent his son Jesus. The Son gave his life. We now have the Holy Spirit to lead us and guide us into all truth. The truth is you and I need the Holy Spirit to operate in love.

Give yourself over the manifestation of the gift  fruit love. Access the fruit gift by asking, he/she asks receives.
