Morning Glory ( Take Off Thursday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Take Off Thursday. Our message today was "Quietness to Produce Meekness". Our scripture today was Galatians 5:22-23, Ecclesiastes 4:5.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith. Meekness, temperance; against such there is no law.

Better is a handful with quietness than both hands full with travail and vexation of spirit.

Our manifestation fruit gift this week as been meekness. Meekness requires two Kingdom emotions or dispositions. One disposition that is required is humility and the other being patience.

The manifestation fruit gifts of the Holy Spirit tell us how we should live, they are the nine love gifts of the Holy Spirit. These gifts teach us how to govern our lives. It is important for you and I employ these gifts in our life. The Holy Spirit wants to come along side an conduct the path of success for us. It is important to know that without the administration of these gifts active in our lives we yield ourselves to the desires of the flesh. Anytime we yield ourselves to the flesh we fall subject to the sinful nature. Christ has redeemed us. We are the Righteousness of God. It is through the manifestation if the fruit gifts that we manage our Kingdom walk.

Today as mentioned it was Take Off Thursday. Once again the Holy Spirit gave us insight on how the manifestation fruit gift meekness comes in operation in our lives. The secondary scripture for today was Ecclesiastes 4:5, Better is a handful of quietness, than both hands full with travail and vexation of spirit.

As we grow in the things of God it is important that scripture teaches us how to spiritually advance. The scripture today let's us know that if we are really going to operate in the manifestation fruit gift meekness we will have to eliminate negative communication. Yes we will have to eliminate an argumentive spirit a communication that requires you to have the last word or even just having to make your point.

It is better that you find yourself in a place of patience and humility, it will produce meekness. As a result of our secondary scripture today there must be a listening ear and a quieted mouth. There must be a overly level of submission for meekness to be engaged. It is important that you and I learn to study to be quiet. Sudden or continuous loud negative communication produces travail and vexation of spirit. The Holy Spirit has given us the manifestation fruit gift meekness, it is the gift that keeps the peace.
