Today on Morning Glory it was Praise Him Friday. Our message today was, " Thank God For His Mercy". Our text today was Ephesians 2:4

But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us.

On this Friday, it is good for us to praise God for his mercy. It is because of his mercy that we can determine that he loves us according to Paul as he writes to the church at Ephesus.

So often we fail to remember how merciful our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is. Yes, we praise him for waking us up, salvation, healing, deliverance, opening up doors but we don't place a high regard in the fact that he shows us mercy. Lamentations say, "Great is his faithfulness, his mercies are new everyday". We should never stop thanking God for his mercy especially when justice or what we deserve should be take place.

Today on this Praise Him Friday pause and thank God for his mercy. God deserves a great deal of praise in this area. Yes, I thank God for his mercy. If it was not for his mercy we all would have been consumed. But his mercy fails not. Christ shows us his mercy because he loves us.

Thank you God for your MERCY. Praise his name!!!! Thank you Jesus!!!

Morning Glory ( Take off Thursday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Take off Thursday. Our message today was "Make Up Your Mind". Our scripture today was Ephesians 2:1-13.

Today's presentation started with a review of what the Holy Spirit shared with us during the course of the week. God shifted our conversation with him. The Holy Spirit instructed us that now is the time that we must make up our minds. It is decision time. Choose you this day whom you will serve, but as for me and my house we will serve the Lord says our brother Joshua. Another writer proclaims, " I would rather you be either hot or cold, if you are luke warm or will spit you out of my mouth". It is time to make the decision to the fact we are SAVED and we cannot look or at act like the world.

Our text gives us a clear understanding of what we were and what we should be now. Paul here is speaking to the church of Ephesus. Paul constantly reminds us that the flesh is not our friend. The devil wants you to honor your legitimate feelings in a illegitimate way. Our flesh goes against the Kingdom of God. As a believer we are in a constant battle between what is right and what is wrong. I must know that the Holy Spirit is my leader and guider. If I allow him to take control he has everything I need.

Don't get to the place where you start categorising sin. There is no big sin or little sin. However sins do carry different punishments or penalties. The reality of it all is that we should fight against sin, it only happens by activating the presence of God in our lives. Yes, the Holy Spirit should be requested to take control of every part of our life. Please take the time to invite him in. The Holy Spirit wants to show you and I that because we have excepted Christ as Lord in our lives we can handle and overcome anything. It is imperative that we make up our minds to allow him to take control of our lives.

God loves you. Stop making excuses for the why or why not and believe God has everything you and I need to be presented faultless to the Father. Make up your mind to serve Christ and don't look back regardless who likes it or doesn't like it.

If you decide to Turn Up make sure it is for Christ.

Morning Glory ( Instructional Wednesday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Instructional Wednesday. Our message today was " Be a Doer of the Word and Not a Hearer Only". Our scripture today was James 1:22

Be ye a doer of the word and not hearers only, deceiving yourself.

On this Instructional Wednesday I challenge you to not just be the one that hears the Word of God but be that person that does what they hear. It is important that you and I obey God. Obedience is better than sacrifice. Our walk with God is much better when we listen to his voice and obey. The bible teaches us according to Romans 10:17, " So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God". As a believer, our walk is a faith walk. As you and I continue to do what God says in his word. we become better equipped to handle anything that comes our way. Just don't hear the Word of God be a doer also. Our Kingdom walk is a faith walk. Walk by faith and not by sight. Obey God and watch the power of God be manifested in your life. Here are the instructions for this week:

1. Be a doer and not a hear only of the Word of God.
2. Things will start to change in your life when you operate by faith.
3. God's grace is strong enough to handle pass , present and future mistakes .
4. In the Word of God you will find the answers you need, read it.
5. God acknowledges faith not fear.
6. Stop trying to handle situations that arrive in your life from past mistakes, trust that God sees where you are now and he will make the difference in your life.
7. Never go before God without asking for his forgiveness.
8. Jesus wants to present you to the Father mistake free/faultless according Jude 1:24
9. Stop trying to change people that don't want to change.
10.Your level of receiving will be based on your level of giving
11. Watch as well as pray
12. Love your neighbor as thyself
13. Keep believing that God will do it

Remember just don't be a hearer of the word, be a doer also.

Morning Glory (Relationship Tuesday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Relationship Tuesday. Our message today was " I Need Real Friend". Our scripture today was Mark 12: 31.

And the second is like namely this; thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than this.

Who do you call your friend? Who can you identify as that person that is your ride or die. Who is it in your life that is with you even when you are wrong? Who offers you the correct advice, even when it isn't popular? Who are you connected to but the real question is, are they connected to you? True friendship is lost in the many cultures or communities that has been established over the past ten years. An example of this is social media. Social media has now taken the place of real communication. Instead of having a live conversation we now use texting as a means to convey a thought, idea or emotions and in the end we still get misunderstood.

True friendship always is established on the basis of LOVE. There can never be growth, understanding, true companionship and loyalty if there is no love. Yes, Jesus here let's us know the foundation of every relationship starts with LOVE. This love is arrived because of how much we love ourselves and because of the level we love ourselves it is passed on to the one we call our friend. I understand there are self centered/ selfish people in our circle, please don't get confused and think that is them loving themselves. As you spend time with them you will discover they cannot display or distribute the same kind of energy towards you. According to scripture every relationship starts with the foundation of love but this love is displayed by how much I love myself. If you don't have love for yourself it will be almost impossible to love anyone else. Don't confuse lust for love. Don't confuse being nice or acts of kindness for love. When things are done God's way you will be able to know  the difference.

Today take out the time to evaluate every connection/ friendship. Ask yourself if is this connection/ friendship is brings value to your life. Ask yourself are you the only one brining something to the friendship while the one you are connected to is always taking. Seek God in every connection/friendship make sure it lines up with God and if it does not get rid of it.

True friendship can happen, it starts with asking the question, how much do I love myself.

Morning Glory ( Inspirational Monday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Inspirational Monday. Our message today was " Presented to God Mistake Free". Our scripture today was Jude 1:24 ( b part)

......present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy.

I was on my way from Atlanta to Montgomery in the early morning. I took the two hour drive to spend time with the Father. While spending time with the Father he said, " I don't hear you". I immediately asked the father, " Why is it that you don't hear me", he said, " you are spotted, you are filled with wrinkles". At this time I started to shake my head. I had no clue what the Holy Spirit was saying. As we conversed back and forth the Holy Spirit said," When you come into my presence, you need to come mistake free". Son when was the last time you came into my presence and before you asked me for anything or worshipped me, you asked for forgiveness. When was the last time you repented, said the Holy Spirit.

It is important that when you come into the presence of God that you and I must first ask for his forgiveness and have a repented heart. The bible declares that the effectual fervent prayer of the righteous avails much. Our walk with God must always involve repentance as well as forgiveness.

The text today clearly let's us know that we can be presented to the Father faultless/mistake free. When we come to the Father in the name of his son Jesus, it is only because of the relationship that we have with him that hears and answers our prayers. Never get to the place in your spiritual walk that you fail to repent or ask for forgiveness. As a believers you I should not just ask for forgiveness of the sins we know about but also for the ones we don't know about. This is the message of grace, you and I are the righteousness of God. When we come to God mistake free it is because we have been covered by the blood of Jesus. Yes, your sins and my sins have been washed by the blood of the lamb.

Never get to the place in your spiritual walk that you feel you  don't have to repent or ask for forgiveness. Forgiveness is an on going process. Jesus loves us and knows all about us. Jesus wants to presents us to the Father it is mistake free.

Come to God always with a pure heart.

Morning Glory ( Praise Him Friday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Praise Him Friday. Our message today was
" Praise Him Because He Is Keeper". Our text today was Jude 1:24.

Now until him that is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy

Today we ought to be excited about the fact that our God is a keeper. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, he is able to show his covering power in every area of our lives. Yes, on this Praise Him Friday we should have a magnified enthusiasm about the fact we are covered in his presence. As a believer was have an assurance that when God says, " He will never leave us or forsake us", we have a hope through faith that he will do it.

In our text today we again read Jude, the scripture first let's us know that he will keep us from falling. We find through the reading of scripture that a righteousness man falls down seven times and gets back up again. We should never stay in the posture of the one who is falling. You and I both have made mistakes, some of those mistakes have been made repeatedly. If we don't change our behavior or the way we handle things when they arrive in our lives, we in no doubt will get the same results. The power of God is available for you and I to use merely by making the request of the need for help. The Holy Spirit will keep us from falling. Falling is not just limited to sin but falling in every area of our lives. If we want to be helped in any area of our lives it is the Holy Spirit that will lead and guide us through all truth. As believers we must allow the Holy Spirit to direct our steps. When we operate in the flesh, without a doubt you and I will fall. In all your ways acknowledge him, says the Proverb writer and he will direct our paths.

When we operate by a  spirit lead life or a life lead by the Holy Spirit the text says that we are presented to the Father faultless. Does this mean you and I have not made mistakes? No! But it assures me  the message of GRACE. If I remain in His presence, it is because I am saved that His grace covers, protects, redeems, provides, gives direction, provision, the list goes on. The Holy Spirit  gives us everything we need through Christ so that makes me faultless. I am so excited that I am saved, are you? It is because of the grace of God that we are not consumed. I praise God that through the power of the Holy Spirit, he is a keeper.

Finally in this verse Jude says that when we are presented to the Father, he does this in the presence of exceeding joy. The Holy Spirit or Christ if you will is just thrilled to present us to the Father. Once we have accepted Christ as Lord and Savior of our lives we now have access to the Father, we now have an assurance that he hears our prayers and ultimately have a home in Glory. Yes, I understand that this verse and scripture is used as a benediction or used at funerals and it is appropriate. The truth is, this scripture is well equipped for my everyday walk with Christ. For example, when I pray in faith Jesus presents my request to the Father with a type of joy that exceeds my human capacity. Jesus presents me clean and pure without a blemish.

I am so excited that the Holy Spirit is a keeper. Don't let life issues get you off course because it threw you a blow and you could not duck. Trust the Holy Spirit to work on your behalf and I promise you will TKO the devil.

Morning Glory ( Take Off Thursday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Take Off Thursday. Our message today was " What Happened To Compassion"? Our text today was Jude 1:22.

And some have compassion making the difference.

To understand the true meaning of compassion we have to look at the best example of this and that is Jesus Christ.
Throughout the three year ministry of Jesus you have read countless times of the compassion that was shown on those he would encounter. I believe the greatest act of compassion that was displayed by our Lord and Savior was the fact that he got up on that old rugged cross and died for you and I. Jesus Christ is our best example of compassion.

The meaning of compassion is to show a deep feeling of sympathy and sorrow for another who is stricken by misfortune, accompanied by a strong desire to alleviate the sufferings. That sounds just like Jesus Christ, doesn't it? Jesus Christ throughout his ministry wanted to not only show his sympathy and sorrow for the misfortune of those he encountered but also to alleviate the misfortunes. All through the New Testament Gospels we can see these types if acts. On this Take of Thursday we ought to be glad about the compassion that Jesus has shown on us.

In our text today,  Jude let's us know that if you and I have compassion we make a difference. With all of the things going on in the world today there is a real lack of compassion collectively. We must go back to foundational principles.

As believers we should have the feeling of sympathy and sorrow for the one that has the misfortune and desire to alleviate it. What happened to compassion? What happened to the acts of kindness? What happened to am I my brothers keeper? What happened to love thy neighbor as thyself? The truth is that we have now turned into a community of me, myself and I. It is time that we go back and act like Jesus. We must show compassion on our brothers and sisters.

Jude here in our text today let's us know that a difference is made when we show compassion. The question I want to ask,
"Are you willing to make a difference"?

Morning Glory ( Instructional Wednesday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Instructional Wednesday. Our message today was " Whatever He Says Just Do It". Our scripture today was John 2:5.

His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

By now you know Instructional Wednesday is about hearing from God and obeying what God says. So often in your life as well as in mine we hear God but we don't always obey. God wants you and I not just to hear him but obey him.

In John 2 we find the first miracle of Jesus. There was a marriage in Cana of Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there. Jesus and his disciples were invited. The people at the feast wanted wine. The mother of Jesus tells him of the request of those attending the marriage. My time has not come, says Jesus. His mother turns to the servants and says, "Whatever He Says Do It". It is important that we not only be hearers of the Word but doers also. The time now is to obey the voice of God. It is imperative that we follow the instructions given to us by the Father. We can never go wrong following the directions of the Father. Here are the instructions for this Instructional Wednesday.

1. Meditate on the Word of God day and night.
2. In worship call God by his name.
3. Stay focus on the destination not the disturbance.
4. Build your faith by reading the Word of God.
5. God has given you what you need to accomplish your purpose and the plan he has for you, use it.
6. Only answer to who and what you are. Answering to anything else suggest you don't know who you are.
7. Focus on the thing you can control
8. We all get misunderstood from time to time, be careful how you handle it.
9. The value of your relationship is determined by how much you are willing to give.
10. Since you have changed allow God to change the hearts of those that previously had an unfavorable view about you.
11. If God has given you the knowledge concerning an idea or vision,  he will also give you the power and the resources to complete it.
12. Stop settling you are better than that.
13. You are the righteousness if God, grow.
14. Keep focus on where you are going

These are the instructions that God has given for this Wednesday, it is my prayer that both you and I will not just be hearers of the Word but doers also.

Morning Glory ( Relationship Tuesday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Relationship Tuesday. Our message today was " Going from Relating to Relationship"

Our inspiration started today by God letting us know that we didn't make a mistake. You and I made the right choice by making Jesus our Lord and Savior. Yes, there are times when you and I have felt God wasn't there. We are going through. Things in our lives seem to be going in the wrong direction but God says we didn't make a mistake. We have gone from relating to relationship. Since we are in relationship with him, God says, "Cast your cares on him because he care for you". We did not make a mistake, He will never leave us nor forsake us. Christ says" My yoke is easy and my burdens are light. We have gone from relating to relationship.

Secondly God speaks to us by letting us know that God loves when you recognize who he is. Praise is acknowledging God for what he has done but worship acknowledges God for who he is.  God gets excited when we celebrate who he is. Yes, God is a jealous god. He will not have any other God before him. It is important that you and I know God by his name. Learn the names of God. Never worship without calling God by his name. God gets excited when you call his name in worship. I would never worship the Father without His presence, his presence comes when we call him by his name. Glory to God! You would not answer to anything but your name so why do God any different. As a believer you are not in relating but  in relationship with God.

Finally, on this Relationship Tuesday maintain what remains. When you get misunderstood in the relationship/ connection maintain and salvage  what remains. Don't let misunderstandings terminate the relationship. Our culture really does not agree with the method of  agreeing to disagree. There is never not an emotion that is attached to disagreeing. Build on what is left after the misunderstanding. God wants us to have wholesome, loving and thriving relationship.

No longer relating but relating but relationship!!!

Morning Glory ( Inspirational Monday)

Today on Morning Glory in was Inspirational Monday. Our message today was This Time You Win, Meditate on the Word of God. Our scripture today was Joshua 1:8 ( c part )

That thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein.

Once again, God is reminding us of the mindset that we ought to have as believers. It is important that we understand that if we don't change our mindset as it relates to the things concerning our lives we are going to get the same results. It is important that changes are made not only in our mind but in our actions. Our actions are the affects of what has taken place already in our mind. Move to the place in your life that like the Proverbs writer says, " In all of your ways acknowledge him and he will direct your paths". God wants to be in total control of your life, we must will for him too. Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, says the Word of God. Fill your mind with the Word of God. What you put in will ultimately come out.

Our text let's us know what Joshua is telling the children of Israel how they should conduct themselves as it relates to their thinking. God has instructed him to make it clear to them that if they are going to have success there are a few things they must do. In Joshua 1:8 C part of the verse, let's us know that there must be Pondering on the Word of God. Yes we ought to meditate on the word day and night. In order to change your mindset it will take the meditation of the word, day and night. It is not enough just to read it, it must be a constant play back in your mind. If you can Ponder on the Word of God, you change outcomes. Yes, your thinking will become Progressive. Progressive thinking will bring about positive results. Your thinking will also be Powerful. The right kind of thinking will produce powerful ideas, powerful results and a powerful person. Finally your thinking should be Productive. Yes, the right kind of thinking produces the Best Day Anointing. The right kind of thinking will produce the best days of your life. You and I must live a life that produces what brings God glory. Go after God's original purpose and plan for your life.

If your mindset is going to change it is going to start by making the decision meditate on the Word of God.

You and I have the power of choice. I choose to have a mindset that pleases God. What is your choice ?

Morning Glory ( Take off Thursday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Take off Thursday. Our message today was part 2 of yesterday "Go!!!" Our scripture for today was Jude 1:3  ( b part)

And exhort you that you should earnestly contend for the faith; which was once delivered unto the saints.

Our week opened with John 4:24, God is a spirit; and they that worship him must worship in spirit and in truth. God is letting the believer know that there must be a true reality of worship in our lives. It is not only important to worship, but do it in spirit and in truth. God inhabits the praises of his people but he really is engaged with us when WORSHIP. In his presence there is fullness of joy. We must remain in a place of worship it is in that place where we make ourselves available to him.

As a believer according to Matthew 28: 18-20 God commands us to Go.....It is our responsibility to win the lost. In today's world and with so much going on in the world, one would have to realize that we are living in the last days. God has commanded you and I to be his mouth piece in the earth. We as believers must baptize and teach whatever he has commanded and God declares if we do this  he would be with us to the end of the earth. The time now is to be a true witness.

Our text today let's us know that we have to earnestly content for the faith. Jude does just say contend, he urges us to earnestly contend for the faith. We as believers must go hard for the Word of God and the message of Christ. The message of Christ is through faith. Do you believe in what you speak concerning the Christ. Jude says I ought to have the same excitement about Christ that I had when he was first introduced to me. Don't let life's issues and problems reduce your motivation about Christ. In other words, don't let the seed of God that has been planted in you become dormant because of the circumstances that you face. The word of God let's us know that greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world. We have been given the ability to handle any and every situation but we must contend for the faith.

Go back to getting excited about what God has done in your life. Get excited about your work and your service in the Kingdom of God. Contend for the faith.

Morning Glory ( Instructional Wednesday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Instructional Wednesday. Our Wednesday inspiration is designed solely to hear from God and obey his every word.

It is important not only to be hearers of the Word of God but also doers of his word also. So many times God has spoken to us and we have failed at yielding to his voice but also to exercise the reasonable service of obedience. With everything that is going on in the world we need to be clear to what God is saying.

Here are the spirit lead instructions:

1. God wants us to worship him in spirit and in truth.
2. Your worship must never be compromised
3. The reality if worshipping in truth is not just knowing who God is by virtue of his name but also worshipping without a specific reason.
4. Allow yourself to be free to worship at any cost.
5. Don't let people places or things stop you from giving real worship.
6. Learn to love without any reservations.
7. If you truly have forgiven then you must let it go.
8. If you let them back into your life guard your heart but tear down the walls of insecurity.
9. Move to the place where you are totally surrendered to him.
10. The enemy knows there is a winner in you, Christ, let him lead you to sweat free victory.
11. Now is not the time to look back, looking back will stop you from moving forward.
12. Maintain your prayer life
13.  While you are working use your faith, it is alive.
14. Don't allow people to dictate your future.
15. Don't allow people to stop you from you being what God has said you can be in this season if your life.
16. You are equipped with everything you need to be successful
17. Operate in the righteousness of God.
18. God made you a promise, he plans to keep it, do you?
19. If you have seen it before it should not be a surprise, change your results.
20. Become a person that only operates by the anointing of God.
21. God has sealed your pass, you keep it sealed.
22. The favor of God is not an option, it is a must .

This is what God has spoken. It is my prayer that you and I meditate on these 22 thoughts/ commands so that we can be all we need to be in this season of our lives.

Morning Glory ( Relationship Tuesday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Relationship Tuesday. Our message today, " The Power of Agreement". Our text today was Amos 3:3

Can two walk together; unless they be agreed.

Relationships are a beautiful thing. Our society and culture evolves around the community of relationships. It is important that all relationships be wholesome and fruitful. If the relationship has no value then it is truly not a relationship but it is relating.

So often we are relating and relationship is never established. True relationship is a partnership. A partnership can only be established when there is agreement. Don't devalue the community of agreement. As believers are we going to agree with everything that a person does that we are connected to? The answer is no. If the foundation of the relationship has been established on the principles of the Word of God any relationship/ connection can survive.

Can to walk together unless they be agreed, says the scripture. As a believer we must always be willing to take down. We must always put the feelings of someone else in front of ours. Yes, I understand that might be hard in some cases but with the help if the Holy Spirit it can be done.

Find away to agree, it will make the journey of being in a community a lot easier to manage. The power of agreement is a wonderful thing. Can we just get along?

Morning Glory ( Inspirational Monday)

Today on Morning Glory, it was Inspirational Monday. Our message today was the " Importance of Real Worship". The scripture for today was John 4:24.

God is a spirit, and they that worship him, must worship him in spirit and in truth.

The question was raised, How should we really worship?. The reply was simply in spirit and in truth. Christ's road from Judea to Galilee goes through Samaria.
The text gives a lot of information concerning the people factor in the earth but Jesus gives us an understanding about the divine.

As believers you and I must understand our responsibility to WORSHIP. Real worship is when you I identify with the Father spiritually. We must understand that in the presence of God it eliminates the presence of demonic forces. God loves the fact that we praise him but he is more interested in our worship.

Jesus here in our text was dealing with issues concerning the Samaritans and the Jews, there was a strong dislike. Jesus uses the opportunity to show us how our lives should be lived. Our lives should be lived by WORSHIPPING the Father.

We worship the Father in spirit and in truth. There must be s complete understanding of the spirit but the truth is knowing who God is. Praise always thanks God for what he has done but worship acknowledges God for who he is.
When we worship in spirit and in truth we are in his presence and we understand who he is.

Finally, allow the reality of who God is to you to be the reason why you worship in spirit and in truth. Please don't reduce God to a presenter of only things. God is so much more than that. God is sovereign and gracious in every shape form and fashion. Make sure your worship is done in the purest form, it there where God gets glory and honor.

Today on Morning Glory it was Praise Him Friday. Our message today was
"Thank God, aThere is Power in Him". Our scripture today was 2 Corinthians 3:5

Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves: but our sufficiency is of God.

This week as been an awesome week, The Power of Words/ Keep the Word of God in your mouth. Yes, we must know that words shape us, mold us, and ultimately brings us to a place of power. As believers you and I must speak only positive words over our life and in every situation that we are engaged in our lives.

The power of words help us also to be able to fight against the forces of darkness. It is not only important to speak powerful words over your life but it is equally important to speak words to the devil. Yes, you and I need to make sure that the enemy knows that he cannot have God's original purpose and plan for our lives.

Our text let's us know that as Paul
is speaking to church at Corinth he is letting them know that he thanks God for the appreciation but he is not sufficient/ complete in himself, nor would he even think it but that he is sufficient/complete in God. It is only by the grace of God. Not only should Paul make this declaration but you and I also should be speaking the same thing. It is only by the grace of God that we are still alive, able to do the things that we do. On this Praise Him Friday, thank God for his grace. The song writer said, " If it had not been for the Lord on my side tell where would I be, where would I be".

Speak only the word of God over your life, and when you do, ask God's will to be done.

I am excited because the next word you speak, might be the word that changes your life forever.

Morning Glory ( Take Off Thursday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Take off Thursday. Our message today was
" Speak It Now". Our scripture today was Joshua 1:8, Proverbs 18:21 and Mark 11:23

Mark 11:23

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain be thou removed and be cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

Our theme for this week has been the Power of Words/ Keep the Word of God in your mouth. It is important to understand that words are a powerful tool that invokes the rate of success or failure. As we have read in Proverbs 18:21, the power of death and life are in the tongue. The bible teaches us that this tongue is an unruly member of the body. The way you and I tame our tongue is by speaking only positive things out of our mouth but most importantly the word of God.

Words are so powerful that it identifies you and I with the character of a person that is either powerful or a person that is pitiful.

Once again when words are spoken they cannot be retracted. As a believer you and I only want to speak words that give you the character of a person that operates from a place of power and not that person that is reduced to being pitiful.

Out text today tells us that words are so powerful that we can speak to mountains /issues in our life and they will move. Yes, we have to believe in our heart that what we say shall happen and then we have what we say. The presence of doubt must be eliminated.

Speak it now. Allow yourself to experience the powerful presence of God through believing that what you say you shall have. I no longer want to be pitiful because of what I have said. I want to make sure that I am in place of power simply because I believe the words that came out of my mouth. Join me in speaking only powerful/ positive words.

Morning Glory ( Instructional Wednesday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Instructional Wednesday. Our message today was "Did We Invite Him In"
Our scripture today was again Joshua 1:8 and Proverbs 18:21

Today on Morning Glory we continued with the subject on the Power of Words, keeping the Word of God in your mouth.

It is important that we know that when words are released from our mouth it originated from the heart. Our bible clearly let's us know that out of the heart flows the issues of life then the mouth speaks. Yes, you and I meant to say it. We cannot retract the words that came out of our mouth, no matter how hard we try or how much we apologize. The Word of God teaches a soft answer turns away wrath. It is important that we pay attention to the words that come out of our mouth.

When we understand the importance of words we then understand what spirit has been invited into our lives. When I worship/ praise / pray  I invite the spirit of God in. What a welcomed invite! On the contrary, when I speak negative words or endorse the world's system of cursing I invite the forces of darkness to come in and run ramped in my life. Words always brings a spiritual presence. It is my desire that what you say only invokes and invites the presence of God.

Here are the instructions on this Instructional Wednesday:

1. Words mold and shape your life
2. What you say you ultimately will be
3. Once words leave your mouth, they are picked up by two forces. The Kingdom of God, angels and the Kingdoms of the World, demons
4. Positive speaking will bring positive results
5. Negative speaking will bring negative results
6. Be careful what you say, it originated from the heart
7. Be slow to speak
8. Positive speaking attracts positive people
9. Negative speaking attracts negative people
10. Speak only good things about yourself

The power of words could mean life or death, which do you choose.

Morning Glory ( Relationship Tuesday)

Today on Morning Glory, it was Relationship Tuesday. Our message today, The Power of Words Over My Mate. Our scriptures for today was again Joshua 1:8 and Proverbs 18:21

This week  on Morning Glory, God has been dealing with us about the power of the words that come out of our mouth. Words shape our lives and ultimately our destiny. Proverbs 18:21, clearly let's us know that the power of death and life lie in the power of the tongue. We must make positive confessions over our lives and the lives of the ones we are connected too.

Since you have moved from relating to relationship, it is important that you speak positive confessions over that loved one that you are connected to in a romantic way. ( husband/wife , girlfriend/ boyfriend)

Here are some things you need to know while you are making positive confessions:

1. Real relationship is a partnership
2. If the guidelines have been set one cannot change the guidelines to fit personal needs or desires then hold the other party responsible because they do or don't.
3. Every relationship goes through dynamics
A. Excitement ( Beginning)
B. Strength ( Determined by resolve)
C. Reality ( Where we find the imperfections)
D. Challenges ( How do we handle properly)
4. Value the Power of Agreement
5. Success comes when we function by principal and not personality
6. Overcome the disease of immaturity
7. The pride factor always sets up for a failed relationship
8. How many faces in the relationship do you have
9. Trust repentance, it puts you in line and not at the back of the line.

There is a whole lot more that can be said but I trust you will ponder on these and make the necessary changes.

Speak only positive confessions over the one you are with. The enemy always starts at home by using our words against us. Speak only positive words concerning  your mate. While your speaking only positive words about your mate you should always be praying for your mate.

Here are some things you should be praying for concerning your mate but not limited too:

1. Pray for the Power of God.

Yes, you want to pray that the power of God/ The power of the Holy spirit to lead and guide them. As a believer cover your spouse / significant other in prayer concerning  God's power, to be the principle thing in their day to day activities. Pray that God's power is the only controlling/ leading power over their lives.

2. Pray for the Peace of God

Yes, you want the peace of God to lead and guide them. There are so many distractions and so many things that can disrupt the flow of the marriage/ relationship. Pray that his peace will rule their hearts and minds. Jesus says, " I will keep you in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on me. Thoughts of God always brings peace.

3. Pray for the Prosperity of God

Yes, you want God to prosper your marriage/ relationship in every way and in every area. The bible let's us know that God wishes above all things that we be in good health and prosper even as our soul prospers. Pray the prosperity of God over their lives. Yes, please include money.

4. Pray the Patience of God

Yes, you want God to provide patience in your marriage/ relationship. We all have  built in microwave buttons. We want the one we are with to move on our time table and at our command. We need God to provide his patience. The bible let's us know that we ought to count it all joy, when we fall into divers kinds of temptations/ test knowing that the trials of our faith works out patience. In relationships we are going to have to deal with things, it is only through patience it gets resolved. Pray for patience over their lives.

5. Pray for the Passion of God

Yes, we need to pray for passion. I believe passion is only developed through what is remembered about a great experience. Why stop going to dinner? Why stop going for walks? Why stop going to the movies or on trips. All of what you do in the marriage/ relationship brings passion but it must be done in the order of God. Look for ways to make a memory that can never be erased. Pray for passion over their lives.

Speak only positive words concerning your mate and make sure you saturate everything about them in prayer.

Today on Morning Glory it was Inspirational Monday. Our message today was " Keep the Word of God in your Mouth". Our scripture today was Joshua 1:8.

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate on it day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

Keep the word of God in your mouth. In times like these we need the Word of God to help us through the storms of life. Scripture teaches us that death and life lie in the power of the tongue. It is important that we say the right thing over our lives and the lives of the ones we are connected too. Life is what we all need.

The power of God's word is revealed in and through us, by not just simply our actions but also by what we say. Keep the word of God in your mouth. Saturation of the word of God will ensure success in every area of your life.

Remember you have the power to speak life and death over every situation of your life. Keep the word of God in your mouth and it will produce life.

Morning Glory ( Praise Him Friday)

July 3, 2015

Today on Morning Glory was Praise Him Friday. Our message today was " Pleasing the Father" Our scripture for the day was Psalms 37:4

Delight thy self also in the Lord; and he will give thee the desires of thine heart.

On this wonderful Friday, on this Praise Him Friday, is your heart to please the Father. David reminds us that if we are delighting the Father or obeying ( one translation says) he will give us our hearts desire. In other words David is saying to us that our main goal is to please God and he will give us what we want.

Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness and all if these things will be added unto you says the New Testament writer. It is important that we understand that our sole purpose ought to be to please God. When we please God it opens a door for God to give us exactly what we desire.

Today make your primary purpose in life, to please God. As a believer you should want to make sure the Father is delighted and as he is delighted he will give you the desires of your heart.

Morning Glory ( Take off Thursday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Take off Thursday. Our message today was " Greater is Coming". Our scripture for today was Haggai 2:9.

The glory if this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the Lord of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the Lord of hosts.

As we enter the last six months of the year we  are encouraged to know that our last six months of 2015 is going to be greater than the first six month of the year.

The Prophet Haggai, reminds the people living in Jerusalem and those who had returned from exile that it was time to rebuild the temple. While reminding the children of God, he let's them know that the glory of this latter house shall be greater than the former.

Yes, you and I will receive a greater glory in the last half of 2015. If you look at what has taken place in your life over the past six months, things just might not have gone the way you would have liked them too. I have come today on this Take off Thursday to let you that God says,  you are about to move into the season of Greater!

As a believer you and I must believe that this is happening right now in our lives. It is important that we make the proper changes in our lives so that we can experience God's best. God wants to give us his manifested presence, his glory. If the last six months have not been what you want them to be, welcome to this Best Day Anointing!

The rest of 2015, you are going to operate in the Best Day Anointing. The manifested presence of God is going to be on your life. Believe that the rest of your 2015, you will have only best days. Get excited about the fact that not only will you have the greater glory of God but in the process he is going to give you peace.

Remain in his presence. In his presence is his Glory!!!!!

Today on Morning Glory, it was Instructional Wednesday. Our message today was "God has sent Satan an Audible Concerning Your Life. Our scripture was Isaiah 55: 8-9

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, saith the Lord. For as the Heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.

God has sent the enemy, Satan an audible concerning your life. The remainder of 2015 you shall Win!! The devil himself will no longer know the direction you will be coming from, what you will say or what you will do. The key to winning, in the remainder of the year; is obeying the the voice of God.

Right now decree and declare; I will complete the great work God has for my life and the remainder of 2015 I Win!!!

Here is the word of the Lord for today:

1. Work your plan to the Glory of God
2. Stay focused on that plan to the Glory of God
3. The last 6 months of 2015, You Win
4. God had sent Satan an audible concerning your life
5. Prepare to think differently about every situation
6. Keep conversation about your success to a minimum
7. God's hands are big enough, trust him
8. You are in the season of shifting
9. Satan now knows who and whose you are
10.Operate in the Best Day Anointing
11. Breathe the breath of God over every part of your life (don't be selective)

If your expectations are not to win, then you lose. Trust God in this season of your life and watch success be your portion.
