Today on Morning Glory it was Take Off Thursday. Our message today was "Longsuffering in my Speech ". Our scriptures today were Galatians 5:22-23, Romans 12:19.

Romans 12:19
Don't quarrel with anyone. Be at peace with everyone just as much as possible.

As you know we have been studying the manifestation fruit gifts. The Holy Spirit has given us nine gifts. These nine gifts help us manage day today life issues. They are our conduct gifts. The Holy Spirits primary responsibility is to lead and guide us into all truth. We must employ the Holy Spirit's manifestation fruit gifts, to manage what we can't do in our human capacity.

The manifestation fruit gift that we have been dealing with is longsuffering/patience. Both words are synonymous. It is important that we employ this gift when we are dealing with that terrible that has happened in our life, that goes beyond what we can handle in the flesh. Sometimes it gets almost unbearable to deal with pain, your pass and by default those things that keep repeating itself. As believers we need to ask God to help us in this area so it does not lead us to sin.

Our secondary text today tells that we should never quarrel/ argue with anyone. The text suggest that we should be at peace with everyone as much as possible. The Holy Spirit is our helper. We need to make sure that we fight against any all conversations that make us fall out of peace with our brother and sister but most importantly out of the peace of God.

God has the power to handle everyone of our situations. When we have issues that arrive in our lives that cause us to have to communicate in an aggressive manner it is out of the will of God for our lives. Employ the manifestation fruit gift longsuffering/patience and watch God help you keep quiet even when in the flesh you feel like speaking.

Morning Glory (Instructional Wednesday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Instructional Wednesday. Our message today was" Keys to Applying Longsuffering". Our scripture was Galatians 5:22-23

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness. Gentleness, self-control, against such there is no law

Once again we are dealing with the manifestation fruit gifts of the Holy Spirit. The manifestation fruit gift that we ate dealing with this week is Longsuffering. One translation calls it patience. Both words are synonymous.

As mentioned in previous blogs the fruit of the Spirit gifts are gifts that show us how we are to behave. They are the conduct gifts. I understand sometimes it be very hard but you and I have no excuse. The Holy Spirit gives us directives in every area of our lives. The primary reason for the Holy Spirit is to lead and guide us into all truth.

Longsuffering/patience is what we need to employ when that thing brings pain, memories of our pass, frustrations, disappointing actions etc. To ask God for the manifestation fruit gift longsuffering/ patience to be activated in our lives it is because something terrible has taken place or there is a season of waiting and you need the Holy Spirit to assist you.

Here are some helpful suggestions on this Instructional Wednesday.

1. Ask God to help you with fruit gift longsuffering.
2. Don't allow anger to cause you to sin
3. Controlling your emotions will help you make better choices.
4. Manifestation fruit gifts govern how we handle every situation in life.
5. Longsuffering might not be the most popular fruit gift but it is certainly a powerful gift.
6. Learn to encourage your brother and sister it will build them up.
7. Anger is a friend of fools
8. Stop trying to pay back people for what they have done to you , vengeance is mine says the Lord.
9. Patience is better than pride.
10. If we live in the spirit, let us therefore walk in the spirit.

We all need the manifestation fruit gift longsuffering/ patience to be applied in lives. Don't let the enemy make you act out of character you have the Holy Spirit engage him.

Morning Glory ( Relationship Tuesday)

Today on Morning Glory, it was Relationship Tuesday. Our message today was " Longsuffering in my Relationships". Our scripture was again Galatians 5:22-23.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering (patience), gentleness, goodness, faith. Meekness, temperance, against such there is no law.

How do I handle/ manage my relationship, when things keep repeating themselves? God has left us his son. The son gave his life and according to John 14:16, he has left us a comforter the Holy Spirit that will never leave us. The Holy Spirit has manifestation fruit gifts. These gifts are designed to help you and manage life here in the earth. These gifts are what I would call conduct gifts. The Holy Spirit has left us enablers called fruit gifts that come along side and assist us in our Kingdom walk while here in the earth.

Over the past few weeks we have discussed the first three gifts love, joy, and peace. This week our inspiration focuses on the fruit gift longsuffering. In another translation longsuffering is substituted with the word peace. Both words are synonymous.

If I am going to manage any relationship/ connection in my life it is going to happen by employing the manifestation fruit gift longsuffering. Longsuffering once again is handling that hard and terrible thing with patience. As a believer how we respond to the flesh is crucial in our everyday walk with Christ. It is unfortunate but we are guilty for the most part by not having the right corresponding action to that which has disturbed, deprived or disappointed us. We must always keep in mind the Holy Spirit teaches us through these nine manifestation fruit gifts how to behave. Once again you and I have no excuse, we have in us the ability to accomplish success in our everyday lives.

Managing my relationship/ connection happens by employing the fruit gift longsuffering. We all have had to deal with things that have happened in our lives. Employing the fruit gift longsuffering is always associated with our past or pain and by default in most cases it is repetitive. Ultimately these issues affect my marriage, dating and any other connection that involves familiar activities.

Here are some scriptures that will help you manage your relationship/connection while employing the manifestation fruit gift longsuffering.

1. Ephesians 4:26

And don't sin by letting anger gain control over you, Don't let the sun go down while you are still angry

2. Colossians 3:19

And you husbands must love your wives and never treat them harshly

3. Proverbs 14:29

Those who control their anger have great understanding, those with a hasty temper will make mistakes

4. Proverbs 17:14

Beginning a quarrel is like opening a floodgate so drop the matter before a dispute breaks out

5. Ecclesiastes 7:8-9

Finishing is better than starting. Patience is better than pride. Don't be quick- tempered for anger is the friend of fools

6. Romans 12:19

Don't quarrel with anyone. Be at peace with everyone just as much as possible.

7. 1 Thessalonians 5:11

So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing

8. Romans 12:17

Never pay back evil for evil to anyone. Do things in such a way that everyone can see you as honorable.

The Holy Spirit has equipped us with manifestation fruit gifts. We must ask him to be involved in our day to day affairs. We must continue to ask him to take control of our lives. If we are in the spirit, let us also walk in the spirit. We have been given the fruit gift longsuffering, ask the Holy Spirit to manage what you cannot control.

As you know by now I have been dealing with the fruits of the Spirit on Morning Glory. Over the past few weeks we have dealt with the first three gifts love, joy , and peace. Today we are dealing with the manifestation fruit gift Longsuffering.

Longsuffering is not one of the manifestation fruit gifts that we talk about often, yet it is equally important as the other gifts. Longsuffering means to endure injury, trouble or provocation with patience. As a believer we never want to deal with trouble or heartache and pain on a regular basis. Longsuffering always comes with characteristics associated with our past and pain. Longsuffering is dealing with actions that are repeated or events or activities that have become constant reminders. We all have asked the question, how long? The Holy Spirit has equipped us with the manifestation fruit gift longsuffering. If you and I are to be able to handle the negative issues in our lives we are going to have to employ the manifestation fruit gift longsuffering.

As believers we must remember the fruit of the Spirit gifts are all conduct gifts. The fruits of the Spirit governs how you and I behave. In others words you and I have no excuse. We must allow God to take full control of our lives, it happens by yielding to the Holy Spirit. Whatever we need as a member of the body of Christ it is in the Holy Spirit.

Pray for God to manifest the fruit gift longsuffering in your life. We all have or have had things or issues to repeat themselves. It is through the fruit gift longsuffering that we are able to manage it.

Morning Glory ( Praise Him Friday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Praise Him Friday. Our message today was " It is God That Gives Peace". Our text today was John 14:27.

Peace I give you, my peace I leave with you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled neither let it be afraid.

This has been an awesome week of dealing with the manifestation fruit gift peace. God wants you and I to live in peace. Today on Praise Him Friday, God said, "It is his pleasure to give us peace". The Holy Spirit is available to us. The Holy Spirit equipped us with nine fruit gifts one being peace.

Our text let's us know that Jesus informs the believer that he has left us peace and this kind of peace is not based on the world kind of peace. In other words Christ gives us peace that goes beyond human capacity or capability. Our text goes on to let us know that because of his peace our hearts don't need to be troubled, neither do we need to be afraid.

The peace of God leaves us worry free. The peace of God releases us from all stress and anxiety. The peace of God does not allow us to operate in fear. Fear, worry, stress and anxiety goes against the manifestation fruit gift the Holy Spirit provides.

God wants to gives us peace. Today you and I need to employ the fruit gift peace  in every area of our lives. It is the pleasure of the Holy Spirit to give us what we need to live here in the earth while operating in our Kingdom Assignment. Learn to apply the fruit gift peace. Ask the Holy Spirit, he will provide.

Operate in peace and watch the hand of God make everything in your life manageable.

Today on Morning Glory it was Take Off Thursday. Our message today" The Holy Spirit is our Peace". Our scripture today is John 14:27.

Once again we are dealing with peace. Out scripture has been Galatians 5:22-23. God has left us the manifestation fruit gift called peace. It is important that we employ the peace of God in our lives. The Holy Spirit wants to help us in every area of our lives. The Holy Spirit wants to be an invited guess to our situations, let's allow him in.

In our text today if we were actually reading the bible it would be in red letters, meaning Jesus is speaking. Jesus is saying to us that he has left us his peace. His peace comes through the Holy Spirit. Jesus gives us comfort in knowing the peace he gives cannot be compared to the peace that the world gives. He lets us know his kind of peace is a free gift. Jesus goes on to encourage us that we don't need to have a troubled heart nor be afraid. The peace of God covers all of that.

Circumstances and challenges will come. It is up to you and I to properly activate the fruit gift peace, it happens freely by asking the Holy Spirit to come into the situation. Our lives must be dictated by the Holy Spirit. The primary reason for the Holy Spirit is to lead and guide us into all truth. We need the peace of God which passes all understanding. Jesus once again reminds us that this kind of peace, human capacity cannot understand. Yes, our lives could be going in all kinds of directions but the peace of God is the stabilizer in our life.

Whenever you feel like things are caving in on you or the issues of life are wearing you down, there is confidence in knowing you have the peace of God available to you.

Today on Morning Glory it was Instructional Wednesday. Our message today was "I Need to Keep Peace". Our text today was Galatians 5:22-23.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness. Gentleness, self control, against such things there is no law.

Today on Morning Glory, God really spoke to us. Our inspiration started out by the Holy Spirit letting us know that the season for manifestation is upon us. We cannot act like the world. God's hand is on our lives, we must be careful that we don't miss out on what God is doing. God told us to stay away from carnality, it goes against the Kingdom of God.

We are still in the manifestation fruit gift called PEACE. We must employ peace every area of our lives. God wants us to live in a peaceful environment. We need to invoke the presence of the Father anytime things are taking place in our life that goes against God's original plan for our lives.

Here are the instructions for this Wednesday:

If you are going to maintain your peace:

1. The people of the world don't hate you or despise you, they hate the God in you. Keep progressing forward.
2. Stay ready for Spiritual Warfare it will be a direct attack against your peace.
3. If you are going to keep your peace, seek to glorify God. It develops a divine connection with him.
4. God releases his grace and favor as he chooses, stay in the place of humility so you can receive them both
5. Reduce the question marks about peace concerning your life. Follow the will of God for your life.
6. The results of peace should not be left up to chance but purposefully believing.

Keep your eyes on the hills that cometh your help, your help comes from the lord!!!

Today on Morning Glory it was Relationship Tuesday. Our message today was "Reasons Why I Don't Have Peace in My Relationship". Our scripture today was Galatians 5:22-23....

But the fruit if the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness. Gentleness. self control against such things there is no law.

Why can we not just get along? Why is there so much confusion? Why don't we have peace?

Once again the Holy Spirit has given us nine manifestation fruit gifts. The fruit gift we are dealing with is PEACE!!!  God wants you and I to live in a community of peace. Our connections/ relationships must be peaceful. The Holy Spirit gives us the opportunity to employ fruit gifts. Peace is the gift we need to employ for harmony.

If I don't have peace in my relationship or any relationship for that matter, it is for a few primary reasons. Neglect, Feeling of being Controlled, Misunderstood and Devalued. Anytime these present themselves in the relationship that's any type of relationship it always causes conflict. Employ the Holy Spirit in the area of peace. He wants to lead and guide you.

Here are a few helpful tips:

1. Always note the emotional state of the one your dealing with
2. Listen to their words
3. Acknowledge their presence

Respect and selfless acts of kindness will insure peace in every relationship or connection you are involved in.

Once again during our times of inspiration, God had lead us to the manifestation fruit gifts of the Holy Spirit. Yes, our focus this week is on PEACE. God wants us to operate in his peace. God has given us the Holy Spirit to lead and to guide us. The Holy Spirit has given us nine fruit gifts that you and I must use to help manage  our everyday walk in Christ. It is important to know that the fruit gift peace should be employed in every situation of our life. If  you are dealing with any calamities or confusions in your life,  it goes against God's original purpose and plan for our lives. Yield yourself to the peace of God. The Holy Spirit wants to give you peace.

The question being raised today is,  Why is it that we don't have peace? We need the manifestation fruit gift peace in our lives. It is activated by employing the Holy Spirit. Just by simply asking you and I can have peace.

Here are some reasons but not limited too why we don't have peace.

1. Lack of communing with God
2. We allow sin to penetrate our lives
3. Our emotions involve the lack of forgiveness and bitterness
4. Our mind has become a reciprocal for garbage.
5. Pride
6. Issues ( Tough times, life storms)
7. Fear
8. Feeling of defeat
9. Bad connections
10. An ungrateful heart
11. Greed

Don't let these things stop you from operating in the peace of God. The Holy Spirit is available to help eradicate any and all calamities in our lives. Keep trusting and believing God and know you can have a life filled with PEACE.

Morning Glory ( Take off Thursday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Take Off Thursday. Our message today was " It Is All About Joy". Our scripture today was again Galatians 5:22-23

Our study this week has been on the fruits of the Spirit. According to scripture there are nine fruits of the Spirit. The first fruit gift we went over was the fruit gift love. We discovered not that the fruit gift love is the primary fruit gift but it is the gift that drives them all. If the manifestation of the love gift is applied the other eight gifts of the fruit of the Spirit are easily obtained.

As mentioned in previous blogs/ inspirations I have explained to you that the primary gift of the Holy Spirit is to lead and guide us. Yes, there are other administrations of the Holy Spirit but the primary operation is to lead and guide us. As a believer the fruits of the Spirit must be applied so that we can live effectively here in the earth. There is nothing good in our flesh. The law of sin and death is no longer for us. It is by grace that we are saved, it is a gift from God. The fruits of the Spirit help aid in all areas of our lives. There is no excuse why we cannot be effective if we apply these manifestation gifts.

Our fruit gift today is JOY. The Word of God tells us that the "Joy of the Lord us our strength". Joy is never an emotion driven by any human element, however you can have a joyous time from something that has taken place in the earth.. Joy is a spiritual emotion. Joy comes when what God has said is revealed to us. In other words, I get joy when I understand the revelation of God's word. Anything spoken by God, anything read in His word brings us joy. Stop trying to be happy. Happiness is always based on human gratification or pleasures that support a smile. If the conditions change then of course I lose my smile.

Life should always bring us moments of Joy. It is in the operation of the fruit gift Joy that I am able to understand that being happy is just a mere substitute. When I recognize the revelation of what God has said it brings Joy. Always pray for revelation, it will bring great Joy in your life.

Morning Glory ( Instructional Wednesday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Instructional Wednesday. Our message today was " Increase".

Our message today was simply "Increase". I do understand as explained in the beginning of the week that we would be dealing with the fruits if the Spirit but this morning the Holy Spirit decided to go another way.

I started this morning by telling s story of how I went into a local convenient store to purchase a few items. I explained I gave the cashier the amount requested for the purchase and the change received was more than what I gave the cashier. The Holy Spirit said , "Son look in your hand". I had counted more than what I gave, $10.00 more to be exact. The Holy Spirit said, " What are you going to do"?. I immediately went to the counter and told the cashier that she gave me too much money back. Of course she was grateful for the acknowledgement that she had given me too much money and I returned it but the Holy Spirit said, "Son that was not about her but you".

It is important that you and I know that the primary assignment of the Holy Spirit is to lead us a guide us into all truth. I had an opportunity to take $10.00 extra that didn't belong to me . It was an honest mistake by the cashier that could have gone totally the wrong way. Can the Holy Spirit trust you?

When God blesses he adds no sorrow. When God blesses, you will not have to look over your shoulder. What you don't know is that I had been praying to God about my finances. God gave me the opportunity to prove myself, trust worthy. If you and I are going to receive increase in our lives we will first must be good stewards over what God has already placed in our hands. Also in times when our integrity is placed on the line will we employ the right action as a child of God..

God wants to increase you and I financially, start today by making the right choices. Allow the Holy Spirit to lead and guide you. Make sure that every time an opportunity arises to operate with integrity you do it. Make sure that when there is an opportunity to give His tithes and our offerings it is done. Please don't ever forget to sow seed of your time, talent and treasure and watch increase come in your life.

Today on Morning Glory it was Relationship Tuesday. Our message today was " Manifestation of the Fruit of the Spirit". Our scripture today was Galatians 5:22-23.

For the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy , peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness , faith. Meekness, temperance; against such there is no law.

My assignment this week is to bring awareness to the manifestation of the fruits of the Spirit. So often in our Christian walk we fail to realize that part of why we are not successful in the Kingdom of God is due to the fact that we either don't know what we have or we are not properly applying what is inside of us. The Holy Spirit has nine fruits, these fruits are characteristically the personality of our Christ. Since you and I have been born again it is important that we have access to but most importantly know that these fruits are on the inside of us.

The first fruit if the Spirit is love. Love is the major component or should I say fruit that governs our day to day walk. Love is the principal fruit, not the greatest but all other eight fruits are motivated by love. The other eight are easier to apply when love is applied.

The manifestation of the fruit of love is accessed by simply asking the Holy Spirit to take control. We will all run into situations that are not humanly favorable, we will all run into problems, circumstances and issues with people that creates an emotion that is worldly but when we use the fruit gift of love and apply it to our circumstances we are now moving in the grace of God.

1John gives so much information about the love you and I should have. The reason why you and I fail is because we don't appropriately apply the fruit of love given to us by the Holy Spirit. Let the Holy Spirit rule and reign in your life. The law is perfect we are not. God did what the law could not do. God sent his son Jesus. The Son gave his life. We now have the Holy Spirit to lead us and guide us into all truth. The truth is you and I need the Holy Spirit to operate in love.

Give yourself over the manifestation of the gift  fruit love. Access the fruit gift by asking, he/she asks receives.

Make the love gift work in your life.

Today on Morning Glory, I was challenged by God to obey. My assignment today was to tell those that gathered on the line that they were going to make it.

The Holy Spirit told me not to review, not to give a scripture, not to expound, just tell them, " They are going to make it"

Morning Glory ( Instructional Wednesday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Instructional Wednesday. Our message today was " Keep Pressing". Our text today was Philippians 3:14.

I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Paul here in our text is speaking to the church at Philippi. Paul reminds them that there must be effort in reaching the place in God that they need to be. Prize here in out text is not used in our traditional meaning but here it is used as a place of Spiritual Maturity. As a believer I should want to reach for that place in God that I am walking in God's original purpose and plan for my life. Don't let anything stop you from getting to the place that God wants you to be in. Make sure you don't allow distractions ,frustrations and disappointments stop you. In this season of your life and my life we will have to press/ push until that which God wants to birth takes place.

Here are the instructions for this Wednesday;

1. In this season of your life be care of the words that come out of your mouth speak only positive confessions.
2. God has changed your identity, no longer will you operate from human capacity but in the super natural.
3. Allow people the right to choose because they don't accept your advice does not mean they don't appreciate the connection.
4. To operate in the Spirit of Acceptance means that I am operating in the area of domination, manipulation and intimidation which ultimately means I am operating in witchcraft.
5. Yield yourself totally to God and watch the manifestation of what God has for your life to come to pass.
6. When you honor the Father the Father will honor you.
7. Never let the issues of life stop you from communing with God, he has the ability to handle everyone of your issues.
8. Your place if grace has been revealed to you, step into it.
9. This is the time that accountability and integrity must be paramount in your life.
10. God is waiting to see your faith, when will you show him.

Today on Morning Glory it was Relationship Tuesday. Our message today was part 2 of last week "The Need For Real Friend" The Spirit of Acceptance.
Our scripture today was again Mark 12:31

So often times you and I are guilty in operating in the Spirit of Acceptance. In other words the act of intimidation, domination and manipulation presents itself.

As I began to give my presentation for today I first started by telling those listening that I had reservations about today's inspiration because from time to time we all operate in the area of wanting to be accepted. Yes, we feel that because we make a suggestion or have a conviction about an idea or situation that the party/friend should also agree, not allowing them to have the right to choose with out prejudice.

I know this is not a popular subject but it is one that needs to be addressed. The reality of not being in agreement does not give you or I the right to shun who we are connected to or to the one we call friend. Our society is such that if we are not accepted we now play the sympathy role directed at ourselves. Words such as they just don't like me, they think they are better than me, I guess I am just not good enough for them, they are a know it all, you get the point. However there are some cases where that rule of thought might apply but for the most part it is really the feeling of not being accepted. We cannot develop an emotion based on communication denial. The self pity disposition has now been employed.

Jesus in Mark 12:31 let's us know that love is the answer and that kind of love is demonstrated to my neighbor/ friend by how much I love myself. We will never grow in relationship without selfless acts of kindness. God wants all of our relationships to be wholesome, thriving and loving.

It is important that we recognize that everyone has been given a free will. Individuals have the right to make a choice without being critical of them. Because I don't like what you say or do or because the recommendations are not received by you , if I am a real friend I respect your position and hope that whatever it is that I was trying to offer one day is received.

Operating in the Spirit of Acceptance as mentioned earlier in this blog produces intimidation, domination and manipulation. The word of God informs us that these types of behaviors fall under witchcraft (Galatians).

All people have the right to choose without prejudice. Give them the choice and you will find you will get along better.

Morning Glory ( Inspirational Monday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Inspirational Monday. Our message today was " I Didn't Do Anything To Deserve This". Our scripture today was Ephesians 2:9.

Not of works, lest any man should boast.

There are so many things that you and I can do to accomplish a lot in life. Life is about choices. We make the decision to do good or bad. We make the decision to go to school to get an education. We make a decision to get jobs, love our families, buy homes. We make the decision to accept Christ. We make the decision to live for Christ. It is important that we know that the choices we make ultimately mold the course of life that we will have, the good and the bad.

Here in Ephesians 2:9, Paul reminds us that you and I didn't do anything to deserve salvation. Christ did it all. Paul reminds us that when we were in sin it was Christ that reconciled us back to the Father. Scripture teaches us that it is by grace that we are saved, it is a gift from God and it is all done by faith. I am so glad I didn't have anything to do with determining my destiny or the ability or know how to figure it out. Christ did it all for you and for me. The most important thing in life that you and I can do is by accepting Jesus Christ into our lives and realizing what he did for us on the cross. We now have a hope not only in the life to come but right now here on earth.

Remember we did nothing to deserve his love, power and his grace. Make sure that you remain humble and yielded to him as you walk and workout your Kingdom assignment.

Excited about the fact Christ did it all for me, how about you?
