Morning Glory ( Instructional Wednesday )

Today on Morning Glory it was Instructional Wednesday. Our message today was " Getting My Peace ". Our scripture today was Philippians 4 : 7.

And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds.

Our message today on Morning Glory was about peace. Isaiah 26:3 Thou shalt keep you in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. God wants you and I to live and operate in peace. The peace that we find in God comes from the fact that you and I know who God is. He is Jehovah Shalom the God of Peace. Our peace comes when we decide that we are going to keep our minds on God because we trust in him. God wants to give you and I his peace. With all of the things going on in the world today and in your life as well as mine we need the peace of God. Learn to rest and rely on the Word of God. It is in the Word of God that you and I will have and find peace.

As you know on Wednesday God is specific in giving us instructions. Today we have reasons why we don't have peace. I hope that after you read these instructions you will make the corrective behaviors so that you have and find peace.

Why don't we have peace

1. We lack dialogue with God

2. We need to reduce the volume of sin in our lives

3. We have emotions that involve unforgiven essential and bitterness and malicious activity

4. We have our minds to become a recepricol for garbage

5. We have pride

6. We have issues ( Tough times in our lives, storms)

7. We have fear

8. We have already declared  we are defeated

9. We have fellowship with the wrong people / bad connections

10. We have ungrateful heart

11. We just didn't ask

I am sure there are other reasons why we don't  have peace but these are the reasons God spoke to us today.

If you get the peace of God it will go beyond human capacity and it shall keep your hearts and minds....
