Morning Glory ( Instructional Wednesday)

Today on Morning Glory it was Instructional Wednesday. Our message today was " Temperance the Key To Leadership. Our scripture today was Galatians 5:22-23

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith. Meekness, temperance; against such there is no law.....

As you know we have been studying temperance. Temperance is the ability to have self control, moderation, restraint. This manifestation fruit gift is so important because it validates our witness. As s member of the Kingdom of God it is important to understand that our conduct is paramount. How you and I conduct business in the market place, how we treat people, most importantly how we live our lives, the manifestation fruit gift temperance is key.

The manifestation fruit gifts help us be able to live successful lives here in the earth. It is important that we use all nine manifestation fruit gifts so we glorify the Father.

When you and I develop self control we lead in that area. The synonym for temperance is leadership. True self control brings on leadership. Here are 8 leadership qualities.

1. Lead by example
    A. Only be vocal when necessary
2. You have to be intelligent
    B. Know where you are taking the
        person
    C. Have an understanding of core
3. Be determined to stay with God
    A. Burning desire to excel
    B. Out work everyone
4. Be confident
    A. Expect to win
    B. Nothing can stop you
5. Be accountable
    A. Be responsible to your family
    B. Don't commit to something you
        cannot do
6. You have to tuff
     A. Things are not always going to be
          at the best
7. You have to be consistent
     A. Can they count on you
     B. Are you an able spirit
8. Must be a winner
    A. Winning must be at the core of a
         leader
    B. They do the right thing because
         doing the right thing is right

Temperance is the vital part of leadership. Where there is no self control there is no leading.
